2 1/4 Cup Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Soda
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Ginger
1/2 Tsp Allspice
1/2 Cup Shortening
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Buttermilk
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
3/4 Cup Pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, soda, cinnamon, ginger and allspice together. Add shortening, sugars, buttermilk, eggs. Mix together. Add Pumpin. Mix well. Fold in nuts. Cook 375 degrees 40 minutes or until done.
