1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 T. milk
1 T. horseradish
2 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
10 slices boiled ham (pkg. of Danish ham)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat until smooth. Spread on ham slices. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Chill for several hours. Slice into desired width; serve.

I've had this recipe since we lived in Hawaii in the 70's. It is quick and easy to make. If I have time, I decorate each pinroll with a small sprig of parsley.
