200g good quality dark chocolate
60g sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in the oven and stir until smooth. Mix egg yolks, sugar, and chocolate. Beat the egg whites until very stiff. Combine the two mixtures. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
