Enough chicken breasts to feed your family
1 1/2 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 1/2- 2 cups milk (can use white cooking wine)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the chicken. Stir all ingredients together and put in a buttered casserole. Place chicken on top. Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour; uncover and bake an additional 15- 30 minutes. If rice becomes too dry add a little more milk.
