6 (3/4"-1") pork chops
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper, to taste
2 medium onions, sliced
1 can condensed consommé soup
1 c. sour cream
3 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sage, salt and pepper; rub chops with mixture. Brown the chops in hot fat. Drain off excess fat if there is any. Add onion slices and consommé. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until meat is almost done. Combine the flour into the sour cream; pour over chops. Simmer uncovered for 8 - 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
