4 thick pork chops
1 tsp. ground sage
salt and pepper
4 T. catsup
4 large thick slices of red onion
4 thick slices tomato
Sprinkles of: Worchestershire sauce, dry mustard and paprika
Vermouth

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork chops in a buttered ovenproof casserole. Sprinkle each liberally with sage, salt and pepper. Spoon a generous T. of catsup over each pork chop. Top each with a thick slice of onion, tomato and then sprinkle the Worch. sauce and seasonings over each. Pour vermouth into the side of the dish to avoid wasting seasonings. Cover and bake for an hour at 350; uncover and bake an additional half hour.
