1 lb. cooked shrimp
2 T. butter
1 3/4 T. flour
1 c. cream
3 T. catsup
3/4 T. Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 T. sherry
dash of cayenne pepper
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter. Stir in the flour and dry mustard. Slowly add the cream. When thick add the catsup and Worchestershire sauce. Add the shrimp and cook until heated well. Season with salt and pepper and a dash of cayenne. Just before serving add 2 T. sherry. Serve over white rice. Sprinkle with parsley for color.
