Foccacia bread
olive oil
1 can diced tomatoes
1 large ball fresh Mozzarella cheese
shaved Parmesean
fresh basil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Slice foccacia horizonally. Place on baking shhet as your pizza dough. Drizzle with olive oil. Hand squeeze the tomatoes onto the bread. Dice the mozzarella , sprinkle parmasean, and salt , pepper and basil.
place in oven about 10 minutes until cheese melts.
Enjoy!
