Salad Mixture:
1 bag romaine lettuce
1/2 c. monterey jack cheese, cubed
1/3 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. craisins
1 large apple, chopped
strawberries, sliced

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. poppy seed
1 tsp. onion powder

Blend salad mixture together in large bowl. Prepare dressing in mason jar and shake very well. Mix the two together and refrigerate 1/2 hour before serving.
