1 lb. macaroni noodles
4-5 slices bacon, cut in small pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T. butter
3 T. flour
2 c. milk
2 t. salt
1 t. pepper
16 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Boil pasta according to box; lightly salt water. In large skillet, fry bacon until crisp; remove bacon from grease and set aside. In bacon drippings, saute garlic until tender; add butter and melt. Add in flour to create paste. Slowly add milk to flour paste and stir until smooth. Add salt and pepper. Allow mixture to boil and thicken. Add bacon pieces and cheese (save 2 handfuls of cheese). Stir until well blended. Add cheese mixture to drained noodles; stir. Pour pasta mixture into casserole sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake 20 minutes, until cheese topping is melted.
