1-1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 T. lemon juice
1 can cherry or apple filling
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter in large mixing bowl; gradually mix in sugar at medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time on low speed. Mix in flour and lemon juice. Pour batter into greased 9x13 baking dish. With a butter knife, mark off approximately 20 squares in batter to create a grid. Place 1 T. pie filling in each square. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar.
