1 c. sugar 1/2 c. shortening 1 egg 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 c. milk 2 c. blueberries sugar
Cream shortening, sugar and egg. Add flour and baking powder alternately with milk. Stir in blueberries. Spread batter in greased and floured 9" round pan, sprinkle dough lightly with sugar. Bake at 350º for approximately 45 minutes.
