bag of cabbage
5 scallions
butter
2 pkgs Ramen noodles, crushed (discard flavoring)
2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
1/2 c almonds, slivered

Dressing
1/2 c oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown noodles in butter. Be careful not to burn them. Place on paper towel to drain. Brown sunflower seeds in butter, then drain. Brown almonds in butter, then drain. Mix cabbage and scallions. Just before serving add noodles, almonds, and sunflower seeds.
Blend dressing thoroughly and mix into salad right before serving
