Black Beans
Garlic (minced)
Salt to taste
1-2 bay leaves
onion (minced)-to taste
olive oil
bacon (optional)
polish sausage
pork chops (chopped up)
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic & onions in olive oil. Brown Pork chops. Add black beans. Add a tiny bit of water. Season to taste.
Make white rice to go with the beans.

You can use canned beans to reduce prep-time, but if you use "real" dry beans, don't forget to soak them overnight & set the browned pork aside before cooking beans.
