4 cups fresh, sliced rhubarb
1/3 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rhubarb with flour, brown and white sugar.
Pour into glass pie dish that is lined with a pie crust.
Top with pie crust and pinch shut.
Bake at 400บ for 20 minutes and then reduce heat to 350บ and bake until rhubarb is tender.

We had a rhubarb patch between our farm house and Grandpa and Grandma's farm house and we cut fresh rhubarb often to make pies. Delicious!!
