32 crushed graham crackers
2/3 cup powered sugar
2/3 cup melted butter

4 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
2 tsp grated lemon rind
6 TB lemon juice
2 cups whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the graham crackers, powdered sugar, and butter together and pat into a 9X13 pan and chill. Save 1/3 cup to sprinkle on top. Mix egg yolks and add sugar. Beat and cook until thick. Remove from heat and add melon juice and rind. Fold in whipped egg whites and whipped cream. Pour into the 9X13 pan and chill for 3 hours. Sprinkle with the saved graham cracker and sugar/butter mixture.
