Ingredients:  
1 onion, chopped and saute in butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (or one of mushroom and one of chicken)
1 can chicken broth or milk
1 (4-oz) can diced green chilies
1 whole chicken, cooked and cut into bites
1 cup sour cream
flour tortillas, large, torn into pieces (1/2 - 3/4 large package)
1 pound grated cheese (longhorn, cheddar or Monterey jack)

Mix onion, soup, broth, chilies, chicken, sour cream and tortillas together. Layer sauce, cheese, sauce, cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
