1 can corn, not drained
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs
1 box jiffy corn mix
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl. Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until edges start to brown.

This is just the base recipe. Try adding onion, green pepper, cheddar cheese, fried onions or anything you can think of to change it up; but it is really good without add-ins also.
