2 T. margarine or butter
1 t. curry powder
1 small onion, chopped
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/3 c. raisins
1 small red apple, unpared and coarsely chopped
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 soup can water
2 c. hot cooked rice
1 package frozen mixed veggies

Directions:
Cook margarine, curry powder and onion in 3 qt. sauce pan over medium heat for about 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except rice. Cook, stirring occasionally, until all is hot and vegetables are tender. Serve over rice.
