22 c. chicken, cubed
4 c. pineapple tidbits
6 c. celery, chopped
4 c. mandarin oranges
4 c. cashews
4 c. grapes, halved
Dressing:
8 T. oil
8 T. orange juice
8 T. vinegar
4 t. salt
6 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, pineapple, celery, mandarin oranges, cashews and grapes in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients. Mix dressing with chicken mixture. Serve with croissants or bread of your choice.
