1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. onion, sautéed
1 beaten egg
1 cup milk
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and form into a loaf. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350º. Let set 15 minutes before serving.
