1 cup raw rice
1 onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
3 cans water
2 lbs. chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in a mixture of flour, salt, and pepper. Mix onion and mushroom soups together and beat. Add lukewarm water slowly. Put rice and mixture in roasting pan. Add chicken on top of the rice, skin side down. Bake 2 hours at 350.
