4 lbs. chicken wings
1 (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
1 lb. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
If using frozen wings, thaw first and pat dry. Separate wings at joint, discarding tips. Arrange in a single layer in a baking dish. Mix the soy sauce and brown sugar together and pour over chicken. Cover and bake 3 hours at 300, turning once. Serves 12.
