1/2 cup shortening
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 cup milk
3 cups flour
flavoring
1/2 tsp baking powder (add last)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients

Cook one hour before opening oven on 325, then cook 15 minutes longer.

Use a 10" tube pan.
