1 1/2 loaves of bread, diced into cubes
1 med. onion, finely chopped
2 celery stalks, finely chopped
1 c. butter
1/2 t. thyme
1/4 t. pepper
1 10 1/2 oz. can cream of celery soup
1/2 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter until limp but not brown. Combine with diced bread. Add 1/2 can of soup, thyme and pepper. Mix well and form into 12 balls. Place in greased baking dish. Combine remaining soup with 1/2 can of water and heat, stirring until smooth. Pour over balls. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 350.
