12 oz. sweetened condensed milk
4 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 lb. milk chocolate
1 pint marshmallow fluff
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. walnuts, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Process chocolate into small pieces, then melt. Combine milk, sugar, and butter in a medium saucepan and boil for 6 minutes. Stir constantly and watch for scorching. Add vanilla.

Pour over shaved/broken chocolate and stir until well blended. Stir in the marshmallow fluff. Add the nuts, if desired. Pour into buttered pan; size determines the desired thickness of the fudge. Chill until set.
