2 T. olive oil, divided
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into cubes
1 sliced carrot
1 pkg. broccoli florets, thawed
2 cloves garlic minced
12 oz. angel hair pasta
2/3 c. chicken broth
1 t. dried basil
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, stirring until chicken is cooked. Remove from skillet; drain on paper towels. Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Heat water for pasta. Add carrot to skillet, cook. Add broccoli and garlic to skillet; cook, stirring. Cook pasta according to package. Add chicken broth, basil to skillet. Reduce heat and simmer. Drain pasta. Place in large serving bowl. Top with chicken and vegetable mixture and cheese.
