1 c. + 2 T. flour
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 t. vanilla extract
1 egg
1 c. chocolate morsels
1 c. additional chocolate morsels (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla in large bowl. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in 1 cup morsels. Spread into greased pan. Bake until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely. Decorate with icing or sprinkles; write messages with tubes of icing; or melt chocolate morsels; stir until smooth and spread over cookie.
