1 Pillsbury Ready Made Pie Crust
6-8 fresh ripe peaches
2 eggs beaten
1/2 C. sugar
2 Tbl. oil
2 Tbl. flour
cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 1 Pillsbury Ready Made Pie Crust until just slightly browned. Let cool.
Slice 6-8 fresh ripe peaches and pile into crust.
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the peaches. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees on a cookie sheet. If peaches begin to brown too fast, cover loosly with aluminum foil until pie is done. Will be "set" in middle if knife is stuck down into filling.
