1 box of white or yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup of oil
1 box of Jell-o Pistachio Pudding mix
1 cup of Sprite or 7 Up or you can use plain water

Icing-

I large container of Cool Whip defrosted
1 container of Pistachio Instant Pudding
use 1/2 the amount of milk called for

Directions:

Cake-
Combine ingredients and bake as directed, allow to cool before icing.

Icing-
Mix pudding with milk and mix until thick. Fold Cool Whip into the pudding and frost the cake.
This can make a layer cake or a sheet cake.
