3 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp nutmeg
1 Egg
1/2 C oil
1 C brown sugar
1 C sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3-4 C zucchini
6 T water
10 T Flax Seed

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour two 8 x 4 inch pans. Preheat oven to 325 F. Sift flour, salt, baking powder, soda and spices in bowl. In mixer beat egg, oil, vanilla, sugars, water and flax seed. Add sifted ingredients to creamed mixture and beat well. Stir in zucchini until well combined. Pour batter into pans. Bake for 50 - 60 mins. Remove from oven and let sit for 20 mins. Remove bread from pans and let completely cool
