4c. Diced zucchini
1tbsp. Chopped onion
2tbsp. Chopped green pepper
1/2tbsp salt
dash of garlic powder
2tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine zucchini and next 4 ingredients in casserole dish. Microwave on high for 10 minutes until tender. Stir several times during cooking. Drain, add butter and cheese.
