1lbs of elbow macaroni
3T flour
4T butter
3 cup WHOLE milk
1lb of Velveeta Cheese cubed
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook elbows as directed on box.
In a large saucepan ( best if non stick), melt butter and slowly stir in flour, this will become a paste. Cook this under medium heat approximately 3 minutes to remove raw taste of flour. SLOWLY add milk stirring constantly, heat to just before boil,continue to stir. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add cheese & stir until melted. Pour cooked elbows and cheese mix into a casserole pan(Pyrex) and bake at 350 for about 20- 30 minutes until bubbly.
