1 large thin Brisket, 1 pkg dry Lipton onion soup.
Cut fat off the brisket. Spread it out and spread the dry onion soup over the meat. Roll up, as tight as you can. Wrap very tightly in heavy foil. Place on a cookie sheet and bake very low about 8 hrs.
This is very tender and moist. Server with Mashed potatoes and a salad. GREAT MEAL
