Directions:
Have all prepped ingredients easily accessible to assemble. Preheat oven to 350º. In small saucepan over low heat, cook refried beans until loose enough to spoon onto nachos. On large ovenproof platter, spread out layer of tortilla chips; quickly put teaspoon of hot refried beans on each chip. Working quickly, sprinkle with onions, jack cheese and jalapeño slices. Spoon on chili; top with Cheddar. Repeat layering process using all ingredients. Save some jalapeño slices for garnish. Place platter in oven; bake until cheese melts, 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven and place on a trivet or heatproof surface. Top nachos with sour cream, green onions, diced tomato and jalapeño slices; serve hot.
