8 large chicken breasts
4 oz. jar dried beef rounds
4 slices bacon, partially cooked
10 oz. can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place 8 dried beef rounds in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. (Beef rounds can be found in canned meat aisle of grocery.) Cut chicken breasts in half and pound flat. Lay one chicken piece on top of each beef round. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder.

Partially cook bacon and discard grease. Place 1/2 strip of bacon on top of each breast. Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over chicken breasts. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Bake uncovered at 275 for 3 hours. Serve as a "stack" with beef roll on bottom, topped with chicken and bacon strip. Moisten with pan juices. Serve with baked potato or hash browns.
