2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli, chopped
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
6 c. shredded chicken, cooked
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 T. fresh lemon juice
1 t. curry powder
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Thaw broccoli in microwave/ drain and put into 11x7 casserole dish, or 2 9-inch prepared disposable pans. Add chicken. In medium bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, Cheddar, juice, curry, salt, pepper and wine. Whisk together; pour over broccoli and chicken. Pat evenly and smooth with spatula. Combine Parmesan, bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top, or top with Cheddar or Gruyere. Bake 30-45 minutes.
