8 slices bacon, cut into 2-inch pieces
2 leeks (white/light green parts), cut in 2 1/2-inch strips
17.3 oz. pkg. frozen puff-pastry sheets, thawed
4 oz. Fontina or Swiss cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate. Discard all but 1 tablespoon of drippings and return to medium heat. Add leeks; cook 3 minutes. Unfold puff pastry and place on 2 parchment-lined baking sheets. Sprinkle with cheese; scatter leeks and bacon over tops. Bake 25 minutes.
