2 c. sugar
2 c. water
1 grapefruit, grated rind
4 c. fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
1/3 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 oz. Triple Sec

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, boil the sugar and water until sugar is dissolved. Zest the entire grapefruit and add to saucepan. Stir to combine. Add grapefruit and lemon juices. When squeezing juices, remove seeds, but do not strain pulp. Add Triple Sec. Cool completely.

Transfer to ice cream freezer and process per manufacturer's instructions. Use sorbet as a palate cleanser between courses.
