12 oz. Smokie Links
8 oz. Cheese Whiz
1 c. sour cream
1 T. minced onion
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
6 - 8 med. potatoes; peeled, cooked, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and quarter potatoes. Cook in large kettle of boiling salted water, about 10 - 12 minutes until tender (test with fork). Drain and set potatoes aside to cool.

While potatoes are cooking, slice the smokies into 1/2 inch pieces. Mix the cheese, sour cream, onion, parsley, & salt together in a large bowl. Add the sliced smokies. Slice cooled potatoes into the mixture and stir. Transfer to a well greased baking dish. Casserole can be covered and refrigerated at this point, or frozen.

Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 40 - 50 minutes.
