1 head cauliflower
1 or 2 bunches broccoli
1 or 2 pkgs. frozen peas
1 can water chestnuts (optional)
4 green onions (optional)
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
3/4 cup sour cream
Dash of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cauliflower flowerets and broccoli into very small pieces. Slice green onions and part of stems as well as water chestnuts. Mix in salad bowl and add uncooked frozen peas. Mix the last four dressing ingredients together and add to the vegetables, tossing to coat evenly. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
