2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder
2 small cans tomato paste
4 small cans tomato sauce
1 medium can petite diced tomato
1 can dark red kidney beans
1/2 to 3/4 can chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, add onion and green pepper. Drain off excess fat. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, diced tomato and kidney beans. Mix well. Add chili powder to taste. Heat on low, covered until heated through.

Rinse kidney beans in cold water before adding. It makes for less 'gasses' later.
