1 loaf multi grain bread
8 oz. spreadable cream cheese
2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. sugar/cinnamon mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300.

Cut the crusts off the bread. Roll each slice flat with a rolling pin. Spread with cream cheese. Roll up, so it looks like a jelly roll, and cut into fourths to make bite size pieces. Dip each piece in melted butter and then into the sugar/cinnamon mixture.

At this point, the rolls can be frozen for later use. To serve, place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
