3-4 lb. roast (chuck, round, etc.)
5-6 med. potatoes, cut in chunks
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
can water
1 packet dry Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cans of soup, 1/2 can of water and packet of dry soup mix into crock pot. Add potatoes, carrots and roast. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
