1 lb. bacon 1 c. chopped almonds 1 c. chopped onions 1 c. mild cheddar cheese 1/3 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Cook bacon and crumble into small pieces. Mix bacon, almonds, onions and cheese. Add mayonnaise mayo to taste in 1/8 cup increments. Can be served with Ritz crackers or heated corn chips. *NOTE* Substitute turkey bacon, low-fat mayo and low-fat cheese for a lighter version.
