1 box white cake mix
8.5 oz can cream of coconut
1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c lemon juice
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 large container cool whip
1/4 c grated coconut
1/4 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eagle brand, lemon juice and pineapple and chill. Prepare cake mix according to directions on the box. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13x2 inch pan and cook according to directions. Cool then poke holes in top of cake every couple of inches with a wooden spoon handle. Pour cream of coconut over cake into and holes. Put chilled mixture over top of cake then cover with cool whip. Sprinkle coconut and pecans on top.
