4 granny smith apples, peeled, cored, and cut into 16 sections 2 cans crescent rolls 2 sticks butter 2 cups sugar 1 1/2 cups Mountain Dew
Wrap each apple section in Crescent roll and place in lightly buttered 9x13 baking dish. Melt butter and mix with sugar. Spread over apples. Do not stir. Pour Mountain Dew over apples. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
Optional: Sprinkle with cinnamon and/or chopped pecans before baking.
