1 c. butter,
8 oz. cream cheese softened,
3 c. instant blending flour ( can use regular flour carefully),
1 c. raisins,
1 c. raspberry preserves,
1 c. finely chopped nuts,
1 c. brown sugar,
1 c. flaked coconut,
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cream cheese, stir in flour. Divide dough into 4 equal portions. Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Working with one portion at a time, sift powdered sugar onto board. Roll out dough into 12" by 18" rectangle. Combine raisins, preserves, coconut, nuts, sugar. Spread 1/4 mixture over dough. Roll up jellyroll fashion, pinch ends and place on baking sheet. Continue with other portions of dough. Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes or until just brown. Remove from baking pan, cool and frost with confectioners frosting.
