1 pkg. raspberry jello,
3/4 cups diced canned beets, reserving liquid
1 c. crushed pineapple,
1 Tbs. sugar,
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat juices from drained beets and pineapple plus enough water to make one pint. Add one cup of hot liquid to jello in medium bowl stirring until jello is dissolved, then add second cup of liquid. Let jello set until almost firm. Add pineapple and beets. Pour into mold and chill until firmly set. Unmold and serve.
