1 c. butter,
1/4 c. powdered sugar, plus sugar for coating
1 tsp. vanilla,
1 Tbs. water,
2 c. flour,
1/4 tsp. salt,
2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Soften butter, mix with sugar. Mix in flour, salt, vanilla and water. Add pecans. Shape into 2.5 inch logs about the thickness of your finger. Curve slightly as you place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 until done, about 8 minutes. Watch carefully. They are done just as the edges show brown. Remove from pan and roll in additional powdered sugar.
